Front of House Team Member - Mesa Riverview

At Chick-fil-A Mesa Riverview, the team member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. We want to develop you to become servant leaders so you can develop and train other new-hires. We are currently working on split teams, so you will either work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. This means you work longer shifts to get the hours you are looking for, but you get 4 days off to rest & enjoy your days off. If this schedule does not work, we also allow you to work 6 days/week with the same schedule every day (for example, working 10:00am-2:00pm Monday-Saturday).

Mesa Riverview is temporarily closed for a remodel, so your interview and first couple weeks of training will take place at Chick-fil-A University at Mill, 25 W University Dr, Tempe, AZ 85281.

Compensation

  • $15/hour - full-time (35-40 hours/week) with the availability to open or close
  • $14.25/hour - part-time team members with availability to close
  • $14/hour - part-time team members with a high school diploma or GED or full-time employees who cannot open or close
  • $12.50/hour - High School Students
